The highest mountain in the resort is Tod which has some great runs for all levels like the thrilling blacks; The intimidator, Bluff and the 2 km Challenger. The top of Tod is home to some great bowl skiing and it also provides the access to the great back country skiing that is on offer in Sun Peaks.
The mountain just over from Tod is Sundance Mountain which is a family favourite as it plays host to the best kept, groomed and maintained runs in the resort. It is also home to the beginners terrain park which provides the perfect area in which to learn the basics in a safe and unintimidating environment under the watchful eye of the Sun Peaks ski school instructors

The final mountain, Mount Morrisey is home to the best powder and glade skiing. You can experience the thrill of tree riding but on easier, groomed terrain, a rare thrill for non-expert skiers. You can avail of a free tour of the area which will give you a chance to get a feel of the 12 beginner, 70 intermediate and 40 expert runs in the area.
One of the real tests of a skiers bottle will come on the speed skiing course on which skiers can go from 0 - 170 kph in 8 seconds! For something a bit slower, you can avail of the 40 km of cross-country track that are laid around the resort.
There are 3 terrain parks at Sun Peaks. The parks are accessed off the Sundance Chair. One beginner, one intermediate, one advanced
The resort has a selection of bars and restaurants, mostly centred on the main hotel complexes.
The resort's nightclub, Club Mackdaddy's, was awarded "Best New Night Club Sound System in North America" by the National Association of Music Merchants at the International Trade Show in Anaheim, California. Scott McDonnell, part owner of the new club said "Our Jazz and Blues nights are when you can really appreciate the systems quality." The 1.2 million dollar night club is located in the Delta Sun Peaks Resort.
Sun Peaks also has a weekly events calendar which includes activities which include casino night, bonfires and torchlit descents.
The list of things to do keeps getting longer at Sun Peaks. On the snow there's tubing,. Dog sledding, snow shoeing, sleigh rides, snowmobiling and the opportunity to ride out on a trail grooming trip with a professional cat driver.
The Delta has a full-service Health Club with a swim-in, swim-out heated outdoor pool, exercise room, hot tubs, sauna, steam room and two private massage rooms. There's also an ice rink.
There are now around 20 choices of places to eat around Sun Peaks offering a wide range of opportunities from breakfast right through to late night food and from simple coffee houses or take out through to five star gourmet restaurants.
Weekly dining opportunities include a snowshoe walk followed by a traditional fondue.
