Snowboarders are well catered for with a snow park (floodlit for nighttime use incorporating jumps and a rail), half pipe and boardercross course. Prato Nevoso was one of the early resorts to encourage boarders with one of the first parks in the country. Today it's a big snowboard venue with expert instruction. The hire shop doubles as a snowboard museum. Prato Nevoso hosted the Junior Snowboard World Championships in 2005.
