A popular choice for snowboarders who have a halfpipe at Pas du Loup and one park at La Tsa. All the pistes, which include runs of up to 12km (7.5 miles), are open to 'boarders , and most of the terrain is served by high capacity gondolas so no messing about on surface lifts - even better for 'boarders. Both Crans and Montana have specialised 'boarding shops and tuition is offered by the Swiss Ski and Snowboarding Schools, Ski and Sky School and Stoked Boarding School.
