Beautifully decorated in cherrywood, with excellent service and food (the owner is the chef) with four-course dinners, including a salad bar. There is a comfortable lounge and two bars, popular with skiers at the end of the day. Free use of new wellness area with steam rooms, solarium, tepadarium, sauna and massage room (at extra cost).

About twelve minutes' walk down to the centre, superb Matterhorn views right opposite the Klein Matterhorn cable car.
