St Anton has the normal selection of off-slopes sporting facilities, with a recent addition ARLBERG-well.com greatly enhancing the leisure facilities with its indoor - outdoor pool and many other health and fitness facilities. These include sauna, beauty parlour and fitness centre as well as conference and function facitlities for up to 3000 people. The Tennis Centre has three indoor courts, a squash court and there's an artificial ice rink with curling rinks, paragliding, sauna and massage. Sleigh rides are available and there is a natural toboggan run. The course usually takes about 15 minutes and toboggans may be rented. Winter hikers will find 60km (38 miles ) of cleared walking tracks in the picturesque Verwall Valley along the banks of the Rosanna to the neighbouring village of St Jakob. Those especially obsessed with skiing will wish to visit the museum in the Arlberg Kandahar house where there are exhibits showing the development of winter tourism in the region and skiing as a whole.
