Cortina is one of the best choices for parties including non skiers as there's so much to do besides winter sports. More unusual options include a run on the 'Taxi Bob' - descending the Olympic Ronco bobsleigh run behind a member of the Cortina Adrenalin team, snow rafting at the Olympic ski jump (descending a snow slope in a rubber raft, but without the jump, hopefully) and ski joring - being towed behind a horse whilst you're wearing your skis (more conventional trekking, riding lessons and sleigh rides also available).
