Westendorf has more than 40 restaurants, largely hotel based and serving traditional Austrian and Tyrolean fayre. The Jakobwirt has a reputation for producing some of the best meals in the resort but the Schermer is also very good, as are half a dozen others. Weekly fondue evenings and farmers buffets are also staged at various venues in the village.
